Please note that we both work full-time jobs in addition to managing the shop. We strive to be available most days to discuss your companions and any services you wish to have done. However, we also require time to rest, so there may be occasional delays in our responses. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Shipping Fulfillment

Due to our busy work schedules, shipping fulfillment is typically handled on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. If time allows, we may add an additional shipping day as our availability permits. Please note that orders placed on a Tuesday or Wednesday will be included in the shipping run for the following week.

We strive to stay ahead so you can have a clear expectation of when your companions will arrive. However, there may be occasional delays as we balance this with our full-time job commitments. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Orders shipped within the United States are FREE. International shipping is available to Austria, Australia, Canada, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom for a flat fee of $20.00.

For all other locations, if you’d like to make a purchase for a direct or distance binding, please email us at sophi.nyx@gmail.com. We will provide you with a PayPal invoice for your order.
